The Grüezi bag® Wool Mat Camping Comfort is designed for anyone who wants to enjoy a comfortable night's sleep while camping. Its rectangular shape offers plenty of freedom of movement , the soft, elastic outer fabric ensures a pleasant feel, and the side zippers allow you to connect multiple mats together – ideal for couples, families, or simply for more space without the mats constantly shifting apart during the night.
The unique feature lies in its two-layer construction: two separate air layers can be adjusted independently. The lower layer is slightly firmer for a stable base, while the upper layer is pleasantly soft for sinking in. This allows the shoulders and hips to sink in comfortably, while the lower layer maintains a distance from the floor. At the same time, the body lies more securely in the mat and is less likely to slip sideways during the night.
The V-chamber construction and raised side chambers provide additional support for a stable sleeping position. The elastic textile cover adapts comfortably to the body and is virtually rustle-free , ensuring greater peace and comfort while sleeping.
The two-layer construction also offers an additional safety margin on tours : Both air layers have their own valves and are separate from each other. Should one layer lose air, the second remains usable.
For insulation, the Wool Mat Camping combines firmly integrated layers of wool fleece made from 85% virgin wool and 15% PLA with a heat-reflective foil. With a height of 8 cm and an R-value of 3,4, it offers a comfortable and well-insulated sleeping mat for camping, tents, rooftop tents, and vans.
Individual mats are combined to create a large lying area.
The side zippers allow two or more compatible Wool Mat Camping mats to be connected together. This keeps the mats directly next to each other and reduces the annoying gap between individual sleeping mats.
Whether as a double mat for two people or as a large sleeping area for the family: The sleeping area can be flexibly extended.
