FEATURES
- Pillow compartment: If you put a fleece jacket, for example, into the pillow compartment, the sleeping bag has a non-slip pillow.
- Adjustable hood with Face Baffle: The thermal bulge adapts perfectly to the shape of your head. When it's cold, only a small hole remains open, reducing heat loss from the face.
- 3D thermal collar closes automatically in the zipper area, so that no cold bridge is created in the zipper area.
- drawstring pocket for safely stowing the drawstrings on the thermal collar
- Inside and outside pocket for valuables and things you prefer to keep close to you.
- Zipper:
- The Two-way autolock zipper It can be opened and closed from either end, both inside and out. The auto-lock feature prevents it from opening unintentionally.
- Zipper with anti-snag zipper and lined robust webbing: This makes it even easier to operate the zipper without pinching the outer fabric.
- Underlined Zipper cover Reduces heat loss along the zipper and helps to minimize cold spots.
- White zipper It is easy to find in the dark.
- Connectable ceiling shape: The sleeping bag can be combined with another “DownWool® 2.0 Summer Comfort” sleeping bag to form a double sleeping bag or can also be used as a blanket (160 cm wide).
- Chamber construction: H-chambers, V-shaped (on the top)
- Delivery: Sleeping bag, compression stuff sack, storage bag

WHAT IS DOWNWOOL® 2.0?
DownWool® is a patented combination of down and wool. With DownWool® 2.0, the insulation has been further developed: thanks to the optimized wool structure, it now achieves the low weight and small pack size of classic sleeping bags – while being significantly less sensitive to high humidity.
- Moisture is the biggest weakness of conventional sleeping bags.Moisture can impair the loft, especially in pure down.
- DownWool® This is precisely where it comes in. The combination of high-quality down and regulating wool. It supports a dry climate and prevents heat loss in high humidity.
The result is a new generation of natural insulation - lightweight, climate-stable and designed for real, changeable outdoor conditions.
THE TECHNOLOGY BEHIND INSULATION
70% high-quality duck down
Provides high heat output with minimal weight.
30% natural wool
It absorbs moisture, stabilizes the loft and creates a balanced wearing climate.
ENVIRONMENT & MATERIALS
- Climate responsibility: We are creating a Greenhouse gas balance for Grüezi bag GmbH, in order to systematically record emissions and derive concrete reduction measures from them.
- Climate-stable mixed forests: Grüezi bag® supports, in cooperation with Waldemarie, a Reforestation project for climate-stable mixed forests in Germany.
- animal welfare: mulesing-free sheep's wool from Europe, RDS-certified down (TE-00105267)
- OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certification: Materials used are tested for harmful substances (certificate number 23.HDE.74998 HOHENSTEIN)
- PFC/PFAS-free water-repellent finishThe water-repellent finish is achieved using CHT's fluorine-free ECOPERL technology. The impregnation used is silicone-free and contains some bio-based raw materials.

MAINTENANCE
Washing
- Wash your DownWool product by hand or at 30 °C (86 °F) in the wool cycle of the washing machine - and only with a down detergent.
- Please turn inside out, zip up, run an additional rinse cycle and do not use fabric softener.
- Fill the washing machine only half and choose a low spin speed (max. 600 revolutions).
- For stains (e.g. deodorant residue or cream): Carefully knead the stain with diluted down detergent, then wash the area by hand and let it dry (su). Do not rub!
Drying Solutions
- Dry the DownWool product in Tumble dry at max. 60 °C/ 140 °F And be sure to add 2-3 tennis balls for better loosening.
- Perform several drying cycles: after each drying cycle, remove the item from the machine, shake or loosen it well, and allow it to cool down in between.
- The dryer must be set to a timer program to dry the down completely.
- If you don't have a tumble dryer, let the product air dry lying flat on a clothes rack.Do not hang it up, not on a radiator, and not in direct sunlight. Shake it frequently to allow air to circulate around it from above and below.
When is the drying process completed?
- Until the item feels more filled than beforeIf the item still hasn't regained its original thickness, you'll need to repeat the drying process. Depending on the water resistance of the outer material, the drying time can vary (at least 2 days, depending on the dryer model).
- The down must be completely dry. If the down is not properly dried and fluffed, there is a risk that the down feathers will clump together. This will render the item irreparably damaged. Damp down can smell, but this will disappear once it is dry.
TIPS/NOTES
- Down items should be cleaned from time to time or after each tour with tennis balls in the tumble dryer be dried, so that excess moisture is removed.
- Ventilate instead of washing: Wool is naturally odor-resistant and dirt-repellent. For minor external soiling, we recommend gently cleaning only the stain itself (see care instructions). Heavily soiled or greasy sleeping bags can be machine washed.
- Sleeping bag loose and dry in Storage bags store (not in compression bag).
- While packing: Stuff the foot section first, do not roll or fold.
- Every sleeping bag needs a sleeping pad, because the insulation is compressed towards the bottom of the sleeping bag and therefore cannot retain air and therefore heat. You can find more information about the right sleeping mat here. here.
