If you purchased a product through our online shop and it return would like Please note the following::
Returns within Germany
- Undamaged and unused goods in original packaging: yes
- All labels and signs on the items: yes
- Then click on "View order" in the order confirmation email.
- Select the products you wish to return and click on "Request return".
- You will then receive an email with the free return label.
Returns from outside Germany
- Undamaged and unused goods in original packaging: yes
- All labels and signs on the items: yes
- Then please send us an email regarding the return shipment to info@gz-bag.de with
- Order number
- Name + Address
- E-mail address
- Reason for return
- Which product
- We cannot create a return label for returns from abroad. Therefore, in this case, please return the package to us; the shipping costs will be refunded with your credit note.
Complaints

- If the product has already been used, please wash/clean it according to the care instructions on the label before returning it.

You will then receive a return label from us for free return shipping. within Germany.
For Returns from abroad We are unable to create a return label. Therefore, in this case, we ask you to return the package to us; the shipping costs will be refunded to you with the credit note.
