To ensure our DownWool sleeping bags last a long time, we offer a refill service. Of course, you can also send our products in for repair, so they remain your favorites for a long time!

A Grüezi bag product should last a long time. 

Should anything be defective, please send us an email to info@gz-bag.de with your address, phone number, and pictures of the problem. Depending on the issue, we will either take care of it directly here at the company or our service partner will.
